Jouw nieuwe functie

We are looking for a Service Assistant Trainer & Process Improvement Specialist to strengthen our operations in Wallonia and Brussels, across 15+ branches from Woluwe to Arlon, and from Mons to Verviers.

You will play a key role in onboarding, training, and continuously developing our Service Assistants, the administrative and front-desk experts at our branches. At the same time, you will contribute to our continuous improvement efforts, optimizing operational processes and helping shape the future of customer service excellence.

 

Your Responsibilities
Training & Coaching

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for Service Assistants.
  • Support employees in developing soft skills, customer service abilities, and system proficiency.
  • Act as a coach and motivator to help team members succeed in their roles.
     

Process Improvement

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements across locations.
  • Collaborate with your Flemish/English-speaking counterpart and your manager to harmonize processes nationwide.
  • Liaise with international stakeholders to share and implement best practices.
  • Document and implement new procedures, training guides, and SOPs.
     

Data-Driven Thinking

  • Use Google Sheets/Excel to analyze performance and spot trends or gaps.
  • Present insights that support decision-making in operations and training.

Jouw skills

  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French.
  • You are proactive, organized, and stress-resistant.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating and developing others.
  • Comfortable using IT tools and learning new software quickly.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or process improvement is a big advantage.
  • Willing to travel frequently across Wallonia and Brussels (driver’s license B required).
