Company Description
We are looking for a Video & Photo Content Creator (f/m/x) to bring Autohero to life through compelling video and photography for our owned and paid social channels.
From following a car through our Production Center in Ketzin to capturing customer handovers, street content and behind-the-scenes moments on set — you will show the people, processes and stories behind buying a used car online.
You will report directly to our Team Lead Brand Content Creation and work as a self-sufficient, mobile creator: developing ideas, picking up the camera and taking your footage through to the final edit. We are looking for someone with strong visual instincts, excellent production skills and the ability to turn real moments into content people want to watch.

Your new Role
Create social content that holds attention — shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts and stories with strong hooks, sharp pacing and fresh ideas
Tell the stories behind Autohero — capture refurbishment, quality checks, customer handovers, events and campaign shoots
Run your own productions — plan shoots, handle camera, lighting and sound, and deliver polished edits with grading, subtitles and motion graphics
Shoot photography alongside video — capture cars, people and lifestyle content, making every production day count
Use AI to move faster — streamline editing, clean-up, subtitles and localized versions while keeping content authentic
Own the details and improve the results — travel across Germany and occasionally other markets, manage equipment and usage rights, and use team feedback and performance insights to sharpen your work
Your Skills
Your portfolio proves your craft — show us strong social video and photography you personally shot and edited
You know what makes people watch — you understand hooks, storytelling and the language of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
You can run a shoot independently — you confidently handle camera, lighting and audio with lightweight setups
You deliver polished edits — you have a strong eye for composition, color, sound and detail across formats
You bring out authentic stories — you make people comfortable on camera and turn technical processes into engaging content
You take initiative and get things done — you bring ideas, organize shoots, meet deadlines and use AI thoughtfully; regular travel is part of the appeal
